At this time, Float Tank Shop LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Additionally, Float Tank Shop LLC ships merchandise to Canada, Australia, and some international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax

Float Tank Shop LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy

RETURNED GOODS: Merchandise will not be accepted for return without a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number issued by Float Tank Shop LLC. Returned shipments not having prior authorization will be refused. The RMA number needs to marked on all cartons that will be returned. All returned merchandise must be new and unused with the exception of defective goods. A 25% restocking charge will be applied against any credit issued and the cost of reconditioning if applicable. All goods must be returned freight paid within 30 days after receipt of shipment.
